I had a dermoid cyst removed three weeks ago, had a torsian of the ovary because of it. So they removed it the same day, and also twisted the ovary back, it was also the day I found out I had one, i'm 31 years old. They made a picture of of it. Saw it the next day (I asked if I could see it) it was still on my belly when they made the picture, it was a mature dermoid cyst, 9 by 5 centimeters.
