Oh gosh.... I haven't had homemade barbecue sauce in a long time . That looks so good !! The next time I buy some chicken I'm gonna make me so some homemade barbecue sauce to put on mine too . Thank you for reminding me of that !! My stepdad and his friends used to cook a hog every year and his friend made homemade BBQ sauce . He'd make one that was spicy and one that was just regular BBQ sauce . I don't care for spicy foods , so I'm glad mama Joyce made the regular BBQ sauce . I wrote it down so I don't forget it !! We eat a lot of fried chicken. I usually buy whole fryers and cut them up. I have a family of soon to be 6....all big eaters. I fry my chicken in an electric skillet. Do you ever make fried chicken? I loved the idea you shared with the pork chops seasoning them after they were floured, so like your son said you don't lose the flavor in the flour. I'm going to start doing that also❤️

I made this yesterday and it tasted great, however I dont know when you removed the skin from the chicken, You showed it going in the oven with the skin, However it was not cooked with it. The chicken with the skin was not very good that way.
