A light, delicious appetizer or side dish that accompanies very well with meat and fish dishes.
For the cauliflower:
1 head of cauliflower cut into small florets ( almost 1 kg)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp vegetable oil
- Mix the marinade with the cauliflower and roast them arranged on a single layer for about 35-40 minutes in hot oven (450 F/230C).
For tahini sauce:
1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove of garlic crushed
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp chopped parsley
