I've done this recipe with drumsticks and potatoes. Such an easy dish and delicious 😋 ❤. I also did this with the purple potatoes, red, and yukon gold. 🤤

Hi Chef Parnell……..the chicken looks great but the potatoes look scrumptious. I think brining the chicken is the trick for a delicious n moist chicken,thanks. This a meal that takes a few hours and you can get others things done in the meantime…..namely some chores, lol! I did make the beef stew and it was all gone at the end of the meal. Everyone gave a thumbs up . Even the 20 month old little one enjoyed it.😊😊 Thanks a million for always providing us with one of your terrific recipes. Hi, Kathy! The chicken and potatoes both turned out great! As you said, the brine is the key to moist and flavorful chicken. I’ve made this from time to time with only the white potatoes I had on hand. I’ll now try it mixing potatoes with sweet yams. Tks 4 sharing 💕
