This unit is easy to use, sports a cover for less splatter while cooking, has a temperature dial control and features a spout design near the back of the bowl for pouring out old oil.

So I bought this deep fryer from big lots. I'm about to fry some sweet potatoes fries and chicken in it . I will let y'all know how it went 😊

I got around 5 or 6 sessions before it needed changing, usually when it develops a syrup-like texture/color.

I use Warm water with Dawn dish soap and a dish towels I, wipe mine out with. Then I use another dish cloth put in just warm water to wipe it off again to get the soap out of it. I hope this was helpful.

Just pour out the old oil and clean inner pot with warm soapy water with a dish rag. Thanks for watching

Shrimp took around 2 to 3 minutes. For the sticks and tots I went by the times on the package but don't remember those off hand.
