Wouldn't rune bar mean rune plate or because you only have 1 whatever the highest could smith with the runebar

Since he can't get another except from random events, it would be highest possible with 1 bar. I belive it would be higher than 85 though, since the sword is 89?

Yeah its 85 since there is just 1 bar so i cannot make plaetbody since int requires 5. The story is different if i end up getting bad luck and hit few more of those bars :D (lets absolutely hope not)
