For stop one of the England series, Randy and I visited Central Park Bar & Restaurant in Middlesborough to take on the regionally famous 5lb Parmo Challenge! Hungry diners have 45 minutes to finish 2 massive fried chicken breast cutlets smothered in béchamel sauce and cheese, which is served atop a bed of chips and garnished with onion rings and mushrooms. The challenge, which has been failed over 100 times, also includes a side salad, just to remind challengers that vegetables do exist. Winners receive the £25 meal at a discounted £20, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on Central Park's Wall of Fame!
