Good day to you folks! Hope you’re having an agreeable week and thanks for joining me for this; the final instalment in the Texas series. I want to express my humblest gratitude to everyone who’s watched and commented letting me know how much they’ve enjoyed this series. I’m truly blessed to have had so many of you coming back week after week. I hope you enjoy it and I’ll catch you Sunday for the next one; when I’ll be back in England…but don’t fret, I’m already filming the next overseas adventure so you won’t have to wait long! Be sure to let me know in the comments where you want to see me next…

Yeah they're sooo much better at customer service in the states than in the UK. We're horrible, ignorant and lazy compared to how they do things in restaurants tbh. They must be surprised at how impolite we are when they visit England I bet they expect us all to be well spoken and nice and courteous until they go for a meal and are met with the waiters (who don't often get tips so genuinely dgaf about their jobs lol). I've got a friend who's a waitress in florida who absolutely guaranteed gets at least a hundred dollars a night at work in tips (at least) she averages like 150-200 dollars just in tips over an 8 hour shift, if u do the same job over here you'd be lucky to see a couple of tips a Year (I'm not even joking or exaggerating either that's the worst part I'm 100% serious). In short.....Murica is definitely a way better place to live and work (and just Be in general!). Murica baby 🤘🏻

You will find that over time, the more chillies you eat, the faster you build up a tolerance to the heat :) If you suffered thru the pain of eating them whole a few times, suddenly they become more and more mild, and you will be chasing the heat constantly growing hotter and hotter each season. Then eventually even carolina reapers become fairly hot but not too bad 🔥 I find i have to stop eating chillies for months at a time just to lower my heat tolerance because i absolutely love the burn 🙈🤣

Fun fact: Yoo-hoos don’t have milk in them. They were created when fridges weren’t common, so milk products were hard to keep on shelves in stores during the hot seasons. So it’s creator made a drink that didn’t have dairy in it so it could stay on shelves longer without spoiling. If you look at the label it says “chocolate drink” on the container rather than chocolate milk.

@Mr Frugal read the paperback book " I don't have enough faith to be an atheist " not saying you are, and the book is not written to atheist. Easy read, goes into facts of our existence and the number of multiple things that are critical for life to here. And many many other truths even into the bible into why it still here and why we can trust it even after thousands of years. Check it out you won't regret it! Gary.

@Mr Frugal I totally agree with all that. All religions are based on faith and contradict themselves in So Many Ways. Therefore it's better to accept what has been proven and be open minded to the uncertainties of life...

@Mr Frugal Nothing about facts? Really? Just a small sample... and I do apologize for not remembering the places, city and towns have mentioned in the bible, and made look like the bible was false as no known place could be found! Many years later through archaeological digs they had found evidence of the towns mentioned in the Bible. There have been many such places and things found to make known his word. But a harden heart will blind anyone who don't want or thinks they know or have been badly guided. In this I hang up this chat, as I see no point of typing words back and forth. As I said the book I mentioned to read still stands to answer with an open mind if you give it a chance. Take care Gary

@Mr Frugal How old is the earth, they used carbon dating, which they use math assumptions in their software to come up with a date! that not true science! I don't know how old the earth is, but it does not mean or matter much to me! It could be 6000 yrs or billion or so! just look at this idea... The Creation of the World 1 In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. It did not say God created the world at this time....he could have created it a billion yrs before and it just sat there waiting on God to finish it, if that so true then when science try to date it, it's really means nothing! But that idea is only an idea, but seems to me holds some reasonable explanation. But like i say i don't put this in concrete and i don't rely on mankind to prove to me their shakeable science! Final point God could have created 6000 yrs ago, and i could go with that above man's faulty wisdom!

Been binging these videos for days. I notice you love impressing the folks at each restaurant, and thought I'd give you a tip. The way you behave before each challenge ("Do ya think I can eat this whole thing?", primes their expectations. No one wants to be wrong. No one is going to bet against a professional eater, on how much the eater can eat. People will bet when they think they have information that puts the odds in their favor, and everything about your behavior signals that you have information they don't, and are trying to trap them in a bad bet. To get awesome reactions, you need to change the game. They know how massive the food is, and how many people have failed it. Pretend that you DON'T, and that "all you heard is that there was a big sandwich". Be overconfident, and when pressed, say that "you eat more than any of your friends", that "all your friends said you could manage it", or that "you can eat anything." This creates a scenario where the customers believe 1) you have no unique information that is leading you to be confident (e.g., you are overconfident) 2) they have information that you do not (they have seen the food and watched others fail) They will bet against you every time you ask. Even if you don't bet (you seem so nice that you might feel bad taking their money), their reactions when you finish the food will now be what you are hoping for - genuine surprise and excitement.

I was at the tank range at Ft Hood TX back in the late 80's when one of the tanks fired Sabot with Heat indexed (means a round that flies straight fired with the gun pointed upwards .. bad mistake) .. we immediately had a FREEZE in place while the Master Gunners went to the tank with a fancy protractor to figure what angle and direction the tank fired .. and they plotted it to Copperas Cove. I gather no one was killed or injured .. but the Cove was not happy.

Great video! I never mess with raw habaneros... Here in California we access to some spicy food! My brother tells a funny story about how he ordered some freshly made habanero sausages and asked for them "extra hot". He said they burned like hell going down but that's not where the story begins. The next day he had to drive to Reno (about six hours) on a business trip. About half way he had the horrible urge to use the restroom. The closest thing he could find was a McDonalds. He said the pain was so horrible, he was shaking and sweating like he was dying. While sitting on the porcelain throne he said at one point he started hallucinating from the pain and pulled all his clothes off in the stall just trying to cool off. He described it as a liquid fire of death... hahaha
