If you find one to be good you can probably shave off some of the steps involved to simplify it :)

As ironic as it is, repurposing an old patio umbrella like that actually isn't that bad of an idea. Same with putting together a travel kit inside a suitcase for your dog. Overcomplicated but surprisingly useful

If you want to actually recycle soap bits better, run the big chunks through a cheese grater first to get them smaller. Helps them melt way faster!
@minx9554
@minx9554 6 жыл бұрын
I'll help to over complicate it: Instead of getting out the old cheese grater from your messy cabinets- walk over to your window blinds! This step is easy- just spray some cooking oil on the blinds to keep the soap residue from sticking around. Then- place a bowl or towel under the window to catch the soap that falls. Finally- just use it like you would a grater. Simple and you don't have dishes after wards. Just wipe them down after! Done and done.

the joke is not entirely that their over-complicated it's that they're unnecessarily overcomlicated. Like the clothes rack, you can do that, or you can just use a string. The soap, why dont you just _use the slivers_ . And so on and so on.

I definitely have a problem that requires a needlessly complicated solution! Whenever I want butter on my bun it's always tough to cover the whole surface, because it's just too hard in it's cold state. I carve soap, so the soap melting hack is actually useful for me to save some money and soap. Sure, I could just throw the scraps away and go out and buy more soap, but when you have as much leftover soap as a carver does, it sure sounds like a waste.
