Those aren't all examples. You forgot Friends when Ross said "Over my dead body!" to Joey trying to kiss him with Chandler adding "I'll be using his dead body as a shield". You should also add The Suite Life on Deck when Mr Mosby said it and Ms Tutwiller fired back with "That can be arranged!". Shake It Up changed the phrase to "Over YOUR dead body!"
