Now this is flavoring, As an introvert like myself I would find it uncomforting with people cheering me on suddenly for maybe simply eating an taco. The instigation for giving encouragement to positive things like reading books, jogging, singing songs, working is better. Motivation is something I truly lack, I feel paralyzed to do anything- Knowing that people want to help encourage others to do better is nice.
