The high dive as a goalkeeper is a complex skill which also requires explosive power but also technical ability. Sometimes when parrying a high dive you need to use your overarm or your underarm and that can be confusing. So in this video I will show you when to use your over arm and your underarm also telling you how to high dive as a goalkeeper. I upload football session and try to improve as a goalkeeper just showing my skill out to the internet.

Would you recommend drying gloves wraped in a towel or just let them hang dry?

I usually place my gloves in a towel but then after a few hours let them dry naturally

Hi man,i like your content and i learnt lot from it,but i have small problem,when i play in worse team they dont mark player and much more,i always motivate them its good its good,but all those goals that i get past me,i give for me as my fault and it mentaly destroys me,whn i'm good at training next 3 or 4 trainings im beast and then comes"its your fault..."and i cant find myself,i dont get mutch game time cus he said im short and he perfers some bigger and older keeper who he says isnt good but is taller and...Should i try to change club and what should i do,big respect,keep it up

It's probably better to find a team where you get game time and if the teammates aren't the best then that's always the best opportunity for you as a goalkeeper to improve as you have more work to do

Don’t forget communication you can see the whole field if they don’t listen you make them listen be loud and tell them watch for runs and to mark etc..

@gotgokued8640 thx man but i play with guys that think they don't need to be in defense,and when i say ,,mark him ,, they dont listen,i mean its better to improve in worse teams but this guys realy think they are so much smarter and on and on,i will hopefully go to another club at the end of the school meanwhile i just need to try as hard as i can,thx for help!

day 7 but now the fear is gone but another problem has come, im not scared of diving but i just don't do it. I don't play for a club or anything, not actually good at football but I just don't dive and my positioning is bad as i stay on the line too much, what do i do?
