The RTX4060 is the last in the 40 Series graphics cards from Nvidia. This is an 8GB VRAM card, and word is that the 4060Ti 16GB card will not happen, so 8GB is the limit for the 4060 and 4060Ti cards.

A great card to plug into an older system without changing anything, even the PSU.

I bought this card for an older system fx 8350 amd and gigabyte 970 mother board with 2.0 pci express slot. I know i'm getting a little bottleneck with the pci 2.0 and 8350 but I am coming from a 1060 6 gb zotac. The 4060 is way better and worth the upgrade.

At idle 32 watts. Is it too energy intensive or is it damaged?

Excited to try my RTX 4060. Just upgraded from a 1660 Super. I hope i can notice the difference 😅

Like a lot of consumers I'm holding out for the 5000 series or one of the last 4090s at €$£1200. Cheers

I heard the idle power of the 4060 is very high (up to 50 watts). Do you have information and measurements on that? 17:54 there it is. The idle is way too high. All power saving is lost.

Nice and RTX 4060 is overall bad card with such price. What a bommer you didint add 3060 for comparision :)
