Nothing is worse than starting your day off thinking it's already going to be a "bad" one. Just because I am a therapist does not mean I am immune to these feelings! In this video, I am sharing a realistic morning routine. This is not your average "wake up at 6am and conquer the day" type of video. Gentle mornings with small kids.. I don't feel like there's not much room for my emotions these days.. Also, the better my sleep is and my sleep hygiene, the better the mornings. But life is unpredictable.

While I can’t fully understand your experience since I don’t have kids of my own. Even just a small moment in the morning where you splash water take a deep breathe just to let your body know it’s okay. I have so much admirations for moms you all have so much on your plate and if you haven’t heard it today I am so proud of you ❤️ it’s not easy being a mom and I know you’re trying your best.

Re: the decaf, even changing to half caf can be helpful if you can't bear to let go of caffeine completely!
