So basically you have to memorize what's the last order before the fail and then do all orders without mixing with the newer orders? That sounds overly complicated for something the game should just move to the other edge.

If it moves to the other edge, it does help a lot in tracking the order, or even remove the order entirely, but that's not how Overcook works. It's an extra mechanic and challenge, I guess, for the players to manage.

They should make it clear by putting the lost order away from the first (top left) position, otherwise people will think you need to start there (with the lost order) to start a new combo multiplier. Even practically it makes sense when applied to real life, you lost the order, they walked out. The ui/ux/or whatever people call it, is too confusing (in this one instance) for people to understand what's being asked there.

He's starting to annoy me a bit. He doesn't have initiative, he just stands around doing nothing helpful.

Ash did that alot in Diner Bros too, which I fully understand the pressure of a chaotic kitchen, but Ash tends to stand around in much more simple games too. Like in Stardew Valley, he contributes nothing to the farm, Price farms, Jas tends to animals, Rik mines, Ash just wonders around aimlessly. That time when he got stuck in the library door, nothing changed at all, no one had to cover for him because he does nothing anyway.

Not just Ash tho. Price didn't realize it until much later when he left it there.

It can be stressful playing these games, I dislike how a lot of the time he insists he's right though. But hey we all have bad traits.

Jordan Randell-Tredgett I love how price plays this game actually. He looks at it like a puzzle and tries to find the most efficient way to do something. His foil is that he gets frustrated if it doesn’t go quite right, and that can cause him to mess up (like not running out the cake or assuming ash will take the cake out) Jasmine and Rik are pretty default when it comes to this game. They know what to do and generally assume a role and play it extremely well. but I find that Rik doesn’t look at the orders and has to be told what’s needed, while jasmine sometimes gets overwhelmed and stops. Ash, at least as I see it, is the weak link for complex levels like this. He’s fantastic when he’s got one or two roles to do, but he gets overwhelmed pretty easily by complex maps and gets tunnel vision. Then he just stands there until either something beeps at him or someone tells him what to do. I understand why: overcooked has a TON of visual information and a very bright color scheme. I’ve found that the little “food bubbles” can hide a prepared dish, or chopped ingredients.

This is also why I love Rik. He was totally right and when Price insists he was right, Rik is just like "Ooookay" totally not believing Price lol

Price is the best! Just because of this! And Ash... so much in the way and sometimes... seems so... dump.

Just because Stumpt plays video games on KZfaq, do they have to be both a saint and genius at every game? Maybe consider they're people just like us who see these comments and provide us free entertainment we voluntarily consume? 🤔 Deep breathes everyone. It's ok for people to have flaws. 😊

I'm sure they know. It's probably just the rush and fast-paced environment that makes it hard to think logically. It's like it's more about making sure it still gets plated kind of thinking even tho it is faster.

He really doesn't. He's leading the whole operation, and it would likely fall apart at times without him. I take games seriously as well, and this isn't even my job. Maybe you should just be grateful they put on content at all.
