How do you keep the timer from moving?

On some levels (when a new recipe is introduced) the timer doesn't start until the first dish is delivered.

Sorry for the late comment, but when a new recipe is introduced (salad, sushi, burgers), the timer freezes as if to try to introduce the player to that recipe. Hence, people can take advantage of the frozen timer to prepare orders in advance.

Yeah well, try getting past 1700 without preparing in advance...almost IMPOSSIBLE!
