Except for on ironbound and somewhat electric age where it actually was deeper, but then yeah starting on white devil armory his voice started getting higher😂

I hear by accuse Avenged Sevenfold of heresey and multiple counts of robbery and uncreativity. AVENGED SEVENFOLD CHARGES Charge 1: Being Emo, which means they’re not metal and they’re mainstream. Charge 2: Ripped off Overkill’s logo and tried to pay them off. Charge 3: They’ve stolen Metallica riffs. Charge 4: They’ve taken Venom song titles. Charge 5: They’ve allegedly stolen from Machine Head.

agreed. They've never recovered from his loss. With him, they were better than Metallica. Without him, they're not as good as the last two/recent Metallica albums (which is not an insult since those two records are damned good.)

Ironbound was the last worthy album imo, I miss the sludgy mid tempo Overkill songs of yesterday, but I will always love Overkill and Years of Decay is the masterpiece.

Bobby albums are really the only albums I listen to. I saw them live with him several times in Tampa and they always blew everyone away. The song writing was never the same.

Amen,amen and amen again. They lost alot when he left. Almost EVERY song people want to hear in concert are his songs. I hate the way they do this song now. It's too fast and they always do it like this live now.

Almost 20 studio albums, never changed their style to "fit in" with ANY trends, been going non-stop since 1980, they're pushing sixty years old and sound almost exactly like they did 35/40 years ago. They definitely deserve a spot in the Big Four. Big Five for sure. It's a close call between them and Testament. Both those bands deserve way more attention.

How do you figure Metallica’s Kill em all is two years older than feel the fire by overkill and two years older than bonded by blood by exodus. Metallica is the oldest thrash band.

Bullshit! Exodus was started with Kirk Hammett who named that band 1978 IN THE BAY AREA! Blind illusion was also born in 1978 and also Overkill was formed around that time, in 1981 Metallica was still Leather Charm before Lars and Dave in Southern California!🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Mike4metal you can’t count a demo as a first album exodus’s first real album was bonded by blood 1985. And overkill’s first real album was feel the fire 1985. Metallica’s first real album was kill em all 1983.

@@Modighen saw overkill almost ten years ago in Australia where I live ...I was amaze at his vocal capabilities.....but the running around and the headbanging he's definitely cut down to minimum...can't stay young forever ..still a great consistent metal band

Grew up listening to Overkill in the early 80's we were all young then including them LOL, this brings back some memories for sure. Bobby's looking pretty good for his age.
