Ballistol should be an essential in every garage. At the barest minimum it is great for giving your tools a little love. Cleaning, rust prevention, and so on, including cleaning and treating wood handles and leather.

Huh, the Grayl seems pretty cool, only knock I could see is that the cartridges have a pretty short lifespan (if you were actually using it frequently) compared to most other filter devices.

The purifying cartridges for the GEOPRESS are designed to last 350 cycles (65 gal. / 250L). Lifespan will decline when purifying water with high levels of silt, sediment or tannins. For the ULTRALIGHT cartridge are designed to purify up to 300 cycles (40 gal / 150 L).

I'm going to pick up one of those V10 Torx. I had that exact situation last week, was camping and we are packing up, went to start up my 4Runner and click click click click click. Luckily we were at a State Park and a short walk to the camp office, and one of the girls there had a set of jumper cables. My friend was able to jump start my 4Runner with her CRV. I didn't know what the issue was at the time, I thought it was my phone charging from the auxiliary outlet. A few days later I realized that I had left one of the hatchback lights on. I think that, in combination with charging my phone with the key on ACC had killed the battery. I'm also looking into a portable power station to charge all my electronics.
