All Overlord Openings and endings are 🔥🔥🔥

Overlord endings are equally good with less spoiler content and I believe the artwork is by the artist who does the artwork for the Light novels. My ranking would be 3, 1,4,2. All hail Bone Daddy!

All the openings are top-tier and the endings are just as good and also worth to check out. Ranking the op's and ed's is almost impossible. Fun fact: There are only 6 musicians in all of the openings and endings. Everything is OxT or MYTH & ROID (The 4th ending is from the solo-work of former MYTH & ROID singer Mayu Maeshima).

Overlord is one of my favorite series. really looking forward to your reaction to the anime. honestly i cant wait for volume 17 of the novel to come out, 16 had such a cliff hanger!

The great thing about the Overlord openings and endings...it really doesn't spoil much at all about the anime unless you've read the light novels that it's based on.

If you haven't then definitely check out the endings as well, which are arguably better than the openings

Overlord is an incredible light novel. In fact, I'm really sad that the anime of this light novel is getting very little budget. Because of this, anime uses a lot of 3D, often draws characters poorly and misses a lot of details (for example, details of how the world works, moments that are not related to the main plot, in short, everything that makes you believe in the liveliness of the world of this story). Moreover, in season 4 (opening 4), the animators missed a whole huge piece of history (2 light novel volumes) because they 1.did not have that much money. 2. It could not be shown on TV (these were 2 very bloody volumes with controversial, from the point of view of morality, topics).

That was a great reaction! an advice here, maybe when reacting to openings in the future you could use the videos that aren't 4k 60fps, as they are AI generated and often make the openings look weird (with a different vibe than the original), there is plenty of places where you can probably find them in 1080p though and that should be enough for your use. On the other hand creditless or not thats just a choice based on taste and enjoyment and probably noone will critize you for that, cheers!

Ngl, to answer your sorta-question, yes, the protagonists of this show are evil. Think of the show as an villain campaign in dnd. *Spoiler alert* (I won't go into details tho) the writer in the first draft (the web novel) had a poll on whether or not to save a certain character in the story and got thoroughly pissed when the fans voted to let said character live. So he vowed to never have a poll like that again. That's the kind of mind the story is coming from.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Overlord is an amazing series. But DAMN! None of the season openings are as much straight up fire as that first season opening !!
