A word of safety to anyone who doesn't know: If you see something in your windshield that's not a ticket, do not get out and get it. Even if you see it before you get in the car, just leave it. That is a tactic kidnappers use to lure people out of their cars or get them in a position to kidnap/hurt them. You can usually tell if it's a ticket because it will be colored or have official markings on it. If it's not a ticket, leave it there and drive to another location that is well lit and with a lot of people around and then look at it. Try to take it off before you get home though incase it's a marker, you don't want people following you. DO NOT do what Elton did and be an absolute fucking idiot just standing outside, in the dark, reading it.

I was gonna say that. Why would they get a ticket in the middle of a dodgy abandoned neighbourhood? The cops would stay near the car or tow it. I thought it would be a tactic to lure them out of the vehicle

Figure I'll be the one to point this out, but around 3:43 he turns on the wipers instead of the headlights and there is no paper there and they go up perfectly fine, the paper shows up when they get back to the car. It absolutely was not there when they arrived at the location. Upvote this so they can see this.

It's way worst when he goes full non safety, once you drag somebody with you to explore a haunted place. Your the one whose responsible for their life/death and their safety as the driver and one whose suggested it. I'd say this, "if I'm gonna bring some ppl with me, I have to care for their safety and make sure they keep a good composure. Also safety reasons. 1. Weapons, bring a weapon for self defense. 2. More weapons. 3. Everyone gets a weapon. 4. Always be quiet so you can hear and listen around. 5. Keep good composure. 6. Always have two ppl looking behind to check if anyone is way behind or if anyone is missing. 7. Never go alone. 8. Stop being so loud. 9. Keep following these safety reasons. 10. Repeat all steps. 11. Just don't even bother to give excuses. Also I'm more concerned about these guys, the closer they are to danger the more worst it'd probably get in the future even if it doesn't show itself or anything, but who can guess when something bad or terrible will happen which is it can happen at anytime or random time. Also I'd probably bring a pistol and backup knife. If everyone atleast has a weapon to defend themselves then their good. I'd hate to just have myself being the only one whose safe. And no one else is.

the ticket on the car was probably a trap. kidnappers will put things on peoples car so they’re occupied so that they can hurt them or kidnap them. i was literally screaming for them to not get out the car cos someone probably put that letter there for a reason

that note on the car was a big thing that happened where i live for a while, you would be in the store come out to your car and go to leave and see a note under your windshield wipers and when you would get back out to check it someone would grab or attack you it finally stopped but its terrifying

Probably a tip you've seen before, but it bears worth repeating. If you return to your car while you're in a sketchy place and you see something tucked against your windshield, likely held by the windshield wipers - immediately get in your car, lock all the doors, and drive out of there as fast as you can. Leaving stuff against the windshield is a common tactic used by stalkers, harassers, and other unsavory folks in order to get you out of the safety of your locked car and out into the open where you can be attacked and taken. It may not have occurred to you guys that this is what was happening, but as I was raised female, this is something I've been taught since birth. Never get out of your car to reach something on your windshield if you aren't something fully safe. It's just the easiest way to keep yourself alive.
