I have been loving this UK tour lots of places id love to visit myself but this now tops my list! I have to say I absolutely LOVE your tour guide! I'm Pagan and I was so excited to hear her explain the difference between a pentacle and pentagram, right-side up and upside down star in a circle, as well as explaining about a white witch and what that means! I hate when investigators see the pentacle and immediately think its evil because it typically isn't so I was so happy that she explained it to you guys!

I had the same sensation visiting the Edinburgh vaults on a tour. Being watched, heavy feeling on the body, couldn’t breathe well…. I don’t have any anxiety so I believe I must be sensitive since other people have shared this somewhat common experience down there.

Just a note of caution. Pls don't say to entities that if they're stuck there you can help them. As in reality you guys aren't trained nor know how to assist in someone crossing over as well as if it's an evil entity that's been trapped for a reason. These entities may get hostile towards you for making promises to help them when you can't. I know you're just trying to be empathetic and are sincere in wanting to help, but just be careful when offering to do so. I know Seth has never offered this type of help but Josh and Steve need to be really careful in their wording and offers of assistance to help entities leave a place. I love watching all of you guys and I'm subbed as well as the OVERNIGHT with Elton etc. I really love all the work and effort you guys put in. But as I'm older and have different experiences, I just wish for you to be safe and careful in your approaches to ghost hunting/spirit communication. P.S. I know you all also freak a little with Ouija boards/spirit boards but, the equipment you use is also a "communication tool", therefore, most of them act just like Ouija/spirit boards. There is no need to be afraid about this at all. But to try and calm your fears of using spirit boards to communicate. Many ppl now have realised that it's a wives tale about circling the planchet 3 times to start, to not remove contact from the planchet during session and the need to say goodbye. I am also of the same opinions that due to the research and information available, that you don't have to do those things and it's myth and legend - a lot from Hollywood - made to instill fear and especially the church/religion, attempting to stop individuals from contacting the dead, as they disapprove. As a practicing witch myself, I love that she clarified that we aren't evil. however, I just want to point out that, whilst I am not a satanist myself, I do know that satanism is a religion that, like the word witch, has a lot of negative associations due to pop culture, fear mongering and the use of religion to sway political views. Whilst there are people out there who use satanism as an excuse to cause harm, satanists are not evil people. The religion is based around worshipping yourself and promotes individualism, using the 'Devil' or 'Satan" as an archetype..

hey Seth! you said that the anxiety happens a lot, I don't know if you meant that it happens a lot when you investigate or just whenever, but maybe you should invest in some crystals? evil eye is really good, and so is black quartz. they make them in bracelets so it'd be easy to wear but they protect you from negativity/ negative energy so I think that'd be a good way to protect yourself!! of course this is just a suggestion, you don't have to do it!!
