Jake Low no, bosses can fire for whatever reason. If they have an employee committing actual crimes they are not only within their rights, but justified too.

I'm 32 now and all my convictions are "spent" so I don't have to declare them but I can never work in care, schools, medical etc because they would just do the full DBS check and it would let them know everything I got convicted of between the ages of 15 and 26 lmao
