Not only do you explain all of the great benefits of overnight oats, but the recipes themselves are very simple to follow & we really appreciate that! Honestly, that's one reason we started our channel, was to show people that it can be easy to switch to a vegan lifestyle! It seems like it can seem overwhelming, especially at first, but when you find recipes that call for only a few ingredients, its suddenly not so bad. Much love to you for showing us how to create these amazing oats... we can't wait to try! 😍

Do you eat them cold? I’ve been making very boring over night oats to eat when I get to work, but I still warm it up.
@semanticsamuel936

@@jbobkat4742 I have them cold. I have oats and yoghurt, then add honey and various nuts and fruit (whatever I have on hand). Wouldn't be nice warmed up. I suppose you could soak oats in water (or milk) overnight in a jar along with whatever toppings you fancy (a good spoonful of jam would be nice) and microwave it for a quick porridge.

Semantic Samuel that’s basically what I’ve been doing is porridge, with almond milk and honey. After soaking overnight they didn’t look “done” to me so I assumed they still need to be “cooked” usually about 1 minute in the microwave. This was very helpful and I’m excited to try these suggestions. Thank you.

I'm not vegan, but i'm lactose intolerant and it's so hard to find recipes without milk or any type of dairy for snacks or breakfast here in Brazil. So thank you for this! (also I'm super looking forward for when the plant based yogurt is going to arrive here!)

I'm so glad you posted this video! I just got into making overnight oats this past week and I've been making the same recipe over and over so it'll be great to try some variety. Mine was a pumpkin version ;) If anyone wants to know, here's what I used- 1/2 cup oats 1/3 cup canned pumpkin (you can use more or less of any of these ingredients to your taste) 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp cinnamon sugar ~1 tbsp maple syrup I also add pecan pieces when I serve :)

I gave this a shot finally! The PB&J one happens to be delicious with a little drizzle of 100% pure maple syrup on top ! I didn't have chia seeds, so I just used flax and it was great.

Overnight oats are such a revelation for me. I have them most mornings and it comfortably fills me up until lunch no problem - I find I don't need a snack, which saves me the temptation of eating crap. Thanks for the new recipe ideas. Definitely trying the Nutella one!

Just a tip; it's better if you grind the chia seeds with like a seed grinder, because you get more out of them rather than just pooping them. Loved the recipes💚
