I wanted to quickly post that following this video, I got on the Jo v5 (Maxed Town Hall 10) account and tried this army. With no practice prior to attacking I was able to secure a 98% by running out of time and missing the clan castle itself. In my attack I also had to deal with a defending Electro Dragon which was weakened by the poison spell and taken out by the E dragon from the battle blimp. I am quite certain that with a little practice you should be able to dominate with this army. Good Luck!

Pro-tip: There's no substantial benefit at TH10 to upgrade your clone spell from level 2 to 3. At level 2 the max clone space is 21, and at level 3 the max is 24, so the amount of balloons that will be cloned will cap at 4 anyways. Also, I wouldn't drop a hound with the blimp unless your blimp is flying across the entirety of the base.

Dont place wizzards towers in the range of air defnces they will get locked upto the hound giving an advantage for the loons

This is a gr8 explanation of electro lalo but ive seen better execution of this strat before, sending 2 loons with blimp is messesaru but theres no need of sending hound with it. They didn't deploy the lalo surgically across the base
