Honestly, this is probably the best way imo. Especially when you wear a lot of men’s/gender neutral t-shirts with stuff on them you actually want people to be able to see/read but don’t wan to look completely frumpy.

Gluing will ruin your tee. Unless it’s a shitty tee, I wouldn’t do it. Sewing takes practice.
