Always loved Overtkill for being an extremely rare Sicilian comic book character that doesn't look like the typical ' mobster in suits.' Though I find it fascinating that his brother was the one who first resurrected him from the brink of death, turning him from human to cybernetic badass. Would have liked to have seen more of that kind of Frankenstein and his monster, only it's family that got mutated.

Just found one at the local books and CD's store...they also have guitar and cool electronics. But I got it for like 14.73 plus tax pretty cool. & I just subbed.

I feel that when McFarlane Was making those Raw-10 figures, he was actually experimenting on how to make big chunky figures that are hollow inside. I don't know for sure of course, but that's my gut feeling on why we are seeing so many mega figures that are hollow, it probably all started from those Raw-10

Idk I feel like McFarlane toys have lost its touch after late 00's. Quality just isn't the same.

Cool review. Waiting for mine to arrive by mail via target lol 😂. Yeah , kind of disappointed by lack of detail but he does have a nice head sculpt. And , we need more villains for our spawn,dc and marvel. Anyways, 50 bucks is asking kinda much for this lacking package lol, they could have added more metallic cyborg parts on the back and also cool weapons.

I just bought him. He looks awesome and I don't care if he is light.....like, why is every reviewer stuck on his weight ....I am not using this figure to anchor down a hot air balloon.....FFS.

About Overt-Kill's background, he's only been turned into a "Good Guy" now because Spawn resurrected him in the recent issues as one of his minions along with The Freak and Cy-Gore.

It was Overkill after Rob Liefeld left Image Comics, he took everything that he created that include the character Chapel and the name Overkill. McFarlane change the name to OVERTKILL to keep it close to Overkill also Chapel got change to Priest.

The blue should've been darker and sculpt is okay. Cyber parts would've been better if added

Great review. I've been collecting Spawn but staying away from Mega figures mostly for lack of space. I want Violator but just haven't pulled the trigger yet. The newer ones being so light bothers me. On one hand it's understandable but I just want those heavy figures. I was spoiled by those I guess. Even some of the early DC Multiverse that were smaller were quite heavy. That and your review steered me away from Clayface. I like the face sculpting on this guy but nothing else about him really stands out. And while I read Spawn back in the day and I'm reading again, I'm not overly familiar with him for that nostalgia feel. BTW that Spawn will probably remain your Spawn figure, Kyle. I have the one on the throne and it's cool, but to sit on the throne he doesn't have the full cape. So you have to keep him seated to look good.

Great review but man, this sculp was disappointing. All Overtkill's personality is lost. Look at Spawn's Overtkill 3 from 20 years ago, like night and day.

I really wish they'd stop putting the stand on the backgrounds. There have been a couple I'd like to keep.

Also, Overtkill is a villain. He's an assassin the mafia sends out for the big jobs, and even took on the army and destroyed a city block with a smile. He loves being bad, but was basically deactivated and left in storage in the US for years until Spawn woke him up as his personal bodyguard. Hence why he looks all gross and rotten now.

It’s hilarious 50 to 70 dollar super 7 or neca people droll and ogle like they are perfect in every detail, Todd makes a huge cool figure for 50 omg how dare he it’s just less good or something reeeeeee. Bad as guitar collectors with thier damn gibsons.
