Great piece!! I identify with sone and that’s makes me smile. I look forward to other things having passed some of the more uncomfortable stages. I became so disenchanted last year the the mind created suicidality. It seems I misunderstood the experience. ❤️🌈🦋

Namaskar Steve, I gratitude for making available this precious book to listen. I know this book 30 years before from my great teacher Buddhaghosha Mahasthavir. Now I can listen in this book in audio version. Really appreciate it you for explaining very easy to understand and encourage to practice meditation to beginners. Thank you very much.
