You can most likely optimize this a bit better but this is what I did :) Some quick notes to keep in mind if you wanna recreate this run:
0:07 You should let the first attack bot hit you a couple times, 2-3 times
0:10 Double blink to activate the sniper bot and stay in line of sight so it hits you once
0:13 While staying in line of sight also wait for blinks to come back so you can quickly pick up the mastery emblems and have time to recall and regain health. (Make sure that you do recover that health it is the most important part!)
0:17 When heading back let the sniper bot hit you once and then kill it, make sure to pick up all 6 medallions while also killing the two close bots for pulse bomb charge
0:24 Head towards the right (could also be the other way around, doesn't matter) kill the bot the runs under the bridge while continuously moving to the next area
0:27 Make sure to keep a blink and ignore the ult charge capsule, use your blink to reach the tank bots faster and one clip them each. (the platform the tank bot is on does fall after a while so make sure to kill it quick!)
0:38 Head back and make sure to get the floating medallions, could be easily dodged if not paying attention
0:42 It is important the all 3 bots are killed as it should give you enough ult charge for the next part
0:46 Make sure to get hit once by the attack bot so you can get another set of bonus points from low health recalling, take one shot and then double blink pulse bomb the tank bot and recall fast
0:53 The ult charge capsule is super important to get don't forget it
0:57 This section is exactly like the previous one just make sure you have the blinks to make it fast
1:17 In this area the 3 bots that move below you should be killed with one pulse bomb, while they aren't there yet, you can kill the attack bots above while also getting the medallions nearby. Make sure you don't get the health pack!
1:22 I made sure to kill the left floating bot as he was causing me trouble in other runs, not necessary but could help you. My pulse bomb also didn't kill all 3 middle bots but I'm sure you'll be able to, if not just kill him while doing next part. It is also important the you take damage from one of the attack bots while also not killing the left one, the left bot will be needed in the next part.
1:30 After getting the medallions make sure you aren't hit by the attack bot until you are ready to blink back for the medallions we left behind by the left attack bot.
1:34 I get hit once and speed towards the medallions and spam recall to do it as soon as possible. Make sure you are checking your scoreboard to see if you have 4 low health recalls! As far as I know it isn't possible to get another one in the next section but I could be wrong!
1:43 This next section isn't the hardest but only because its the last part its stressful. You're able to strafe the sniper shot with good timing but make sure to not left-right strafe spam, they will hit you.
1:50 You can break line of sight to dodge a bullet but in general just make sure to grab all medallions and at least get one ult charge capsule and you should be good!
1:58 Blink across the gap and you'll get towards the finish faster than walking around, pulse bomb the bots and you've made it!
