@@iAmNothingness Does that mean their anger towards Blizzard and Overwatch 2 get shanked because they're chinese? No, almost everyone's pissed off at Overwatch 2, and now that it's on the same platform as Team Fortress 2 there's little logic in playing the worse version of a game in general. TF2 has major flaws, yes, but OW2 is basically just a shop update and little else and that's just embarrassing.

@@Papermin6927 nah, most (keyword: *most*) hats in the game are just cosmetics, with only a small handful of them having any actual side effect (usually paired with their very own set), people just like wearing hats in the game, because it gives the classes they're playing character, and turn them to be more of an avatar for the player, not only the options for hats are plenty, some hats in tf2 are also community made and has been granted valve's permission to be officially sold in the store, with some share of the profit are given to the creator of the hat

I like how some people assumed it is the TF2 community who is review bombing the game on Steam, whereas in reality, most of the reviews aren't even from TF2 players (or at least, not attacking Overwatch because of the TF2 vs Overwatch debate).

Someone on the TF2 reddit believed that the TF2 players would be a lot "nicer" to the release of Overwatch 2. There are two things wrong with that. First off, why would you be nice to a game that had information leaked about their poor conditions. Second off, what did you expect the TF2 community would react?

You know, when Overwatch 2 was announced on Steam, I predicted that there are gonna be so much review bombing on the Steam reviews. I expected TF2 players and people who are pissed at Activision Blizzard in general. What I didn't expect, however, is how it manage to score an Overwhelming Negative review.

Man, I remember the days of OW 1. I've never actually played the game, but I always watched my father play Overwatch. Everytime he got home from work, he would get on OW. I would watch him hit across the map shots as Hanzo, I would high five him whenever he got POTG and he even let me open some of the crates he got from playing the matches. I would feel so proud when I helped him unbox a legendary item. But recently, as Overwatch went from a 40$ fun MOBA Movement shooter hybrid to a money spending simulator, he doesn't touch the game anymore. I miss seeing him hit the most amazing plays in the game. I feel like Activision Blizzard took a large chunk of my childhood away from me. R.I.P OW1, gone, but never forgotten PS. I might convince him to play TF2, we have it installed. Wish me luck.

Something bizarre is if you remember when they first announced Overwatch 2, they said those who has Overwatch can play with Overwatch 2. However, this never happened because the first game’s servers shut down a day before 2’s release.

Nobody really cares about the staff. That controversy was forgotten in like a month. Only the game and customers and Valve has been treating tf2 just like Blizzard treating ow2. The only difference is ow fans actually have the balls to criticize blizzard, we tf2 fans just forgive valve like it's an indie company. Remember that, we had to beg on twitter to get cheaters of the game, that was a year ago. And nothing has been done even after they responded.

@@waldemarpolcyn6936 That's just because of the recent explosion in players. The amount of bots hasn't changed because you don't need premium tf2 to aimbot. All Valve did was restrict f2ps. They care more about the bots saying wrong things than them ruining every game you join and even that didn't stop them.

Blizzard deserves the negative reviews. That's what they get for leaving OW1 players with no updates and giving players false hope that OW2 would bring PvE for 5 years. The vast, VAST majority of these negative reviews come from Chinese players, because Blizzard didn’t renew a contract that let them publish their games in China and it thus removed every blizzard game from China, including everybody’s progress in said games. Yeah, they have every reason to be upset.

I would say it's just getting reviewed. Game is infested with bots and cheaters, and people are criticising it, i.e. actually using reviews for their intended purpose.

is it bad that ive been sitting awake just to read the reviews and ive read all of the ones in the video. also i have like fifty screenshots in tf2 of people say Overwatch sucks and its times like these where realize i love the tf2 community.
