Although it would be nice to have another Tank hero designed primarily for poke compositions, It would be a challenge to design a fat-sniper, or a fat-long range-mobile-spammer hero that are fun to play against. The other Tanks that can poke are primarily Brawlers. Maybe other MOBA's have those kinds of archetypes... But I don't know any.
