If some players are good with DPS characters, I wouldn't trust them to heal me, tbh. Their instinct would still play as a DPS regardless. Meaning, charging bravely as if they got the most damage in the game or something like that. I like the sentiment, but just let the actual support mains deal with supporting and vice versa. That being said, I never worried about having a support, because I am a support main. I can switch between a tank or a healer.

McCree roll honestly I love how accurate this is we have a widowmaker telling their team to pick mercy while widow is a terrible character to use and they won't switch to mercy themselves and then we have a mei refusing to switch and getting into and argument with the widow it's so damn accurate cuz half the people who ask for mercy aren't playing characters that are helpful and won't switch to it themselves and half the people who won't switch are either stingy or picked last knowing they needed a support and won't switch honestly good job to mashed and TLT for making a damn accurate song and a good animation to go with it.

GracedDust_ _Gaming haha I hate it when there is one slot left, and it's either 'No Tank' , 'No Healer' , or even both.. and then they pick another DPS or Hanzo/Widow. A lot of the time I end up switching to healer because how else are we gonna win, but sometimes I just get sick of it after filling in for the 27th game in a row.
