to be fair he is a high ish level player in OW2 so it makes sense that it carries over.

Maybe you don't need to aim that much with the characters you mentioned but the self/game awareness and decision making skills are present in every single game you put as examples and even more Not everything in these games is knowing how to aim. Btw we were talking about Jay, someone who played these kind of games BEFORE Overwatch, not otherwise.

The problem is that there's just so much to learn with Rust that it ends up not being very entertaining to watch new people play it. Like Shroud has played with other Rust content creators before, so he did well because they supplied him and he just had to click heads. But if Shroud played solo or with a team of non-Rust players, they'd be prim locked the whole session guaranteed. Even if they did find guns, they'd end up killing neighbors on repeat until they came to raid them and you just know they'd have a wood shack that'd get destroyed in 10 seconds lol.

@@RealEllenDeGeneres the learning part is the fun stuff, the goofy ahh interactions where you are out to collect rocks and get mauled by a bear. The bow and arrow skirmishes. Just need a few who know the basics of the game and let them spread some knowledge. Hololive did it to great success, other content creators like xQc have done it too.

they are really not the same anymore.. Nuke is changed,Dust_2 is changed, Vertigo is changed.. Well Mirage is kinda the same as cpl_fire but some tweaks there too. Inferno is also changed :p Cobblestone have been changed to many times(and isnt in the game yet),Train is getting reworked,Cache is getting reworked... Anubis and Ancient are two new maps that are kinda good after youve get used to them :) It might have the same names as the OG maps, but they arent really the same anymore :)

They're all trying new games because OW has been dying since before they launched OW2. But they had been holding onto OW with hopium, praying that they wouldn't have to abandon the game. Not because they still enjoy it, but because it's really hard to switch games as a content creator. You risk alienating the entire community you've built up, who specifically watch you because they like OW. Switching games can be a death sentence for content creators. Especially since your skills don't translate 1:1 to another game. So if people watch Jay because he's a god tier OW player, they won't necessarily have a reason to watch if he not only switches to a new game, but then also isn't god tier in that new game. I think Jay is fine though, his character/persona is really where his content value is and his skills translate pretty well anyway.

Is this true? I've seen bronze 4 vods on this DickNasty guy's channel and those people are super bad. Like, you could attack them from behind and they wouldn't notice. These people didnt seem to be that terrible, maybe like gold dps kind of range

@@ahumanrs yes but thats cuz cs2 is a game purely about fps and not moba like at all so ppl know how to shoot and use their eyes..... still, 2k elo is VERY hard to get even if you throw on purpose its almost impossible without a 5stack throw
