I really wanna try what Denki does in this video but, I have too many physically active things to do. I can’t operate at my best with that much sleep anymore. Not since grade 8. I commend that work ethic though. Thats the kind of schedule I think I’d need to be at my best in every course.

Well skipping meals once or twice wouldn't be counted but if you continuously skip meals daily even if you aren't trying to hurt yourself that can be counted as self-harm because you're basically starving yourself/depriving yourself of food. (I literally do it all the time 😭)

I use gacha club for the characters but you can use any gacha mod you want, I make and edit the videos on capcut and I make my thumbnails on ibis paint x :)

If you're talking about the outline colours of the shirts then you use the gacha app you're using to do it, a tip is to always make the outline darker than the shirt, it makes it look nicer :)

I literally do it all the time 😞 But yeah there's different types of self-harm that aren't really talked abt like, starving yourself, excersising too much, misusing alcohol or drugs, nail or skin biting etc
