I loved this episode. I loved to see what happend to Owen that caused hos fear of Clowns and also why he called Tk Tyler and that he made peace not only with his father but himself and his own guilt. Rob did an amazing job on portraying his characters. Plus the ending with him surfing and the song felt like a wonderful way to honor his brother and to foegive himself.

Hi! I'm just getting into the series, could you tell me in which episode did Owen call TK Tyler? And I wholeheartedly agree, Rob's performance is fantastic in the series! It made Owen one of my favourite characters when he could have easily ended up as a copy-pasted captain character!

@@soybeanies3347 He didnt specifically called him Tyler in an Episode ( none that I remember) but in one of the first episodes when TK ended up in the police station after the bar fight Carlos called him 'Tyler Kennedy'. So thats one of the first scenes (maybe the first time) we learned TK's full name.

How did Owen’s Dad figure out that he was a fire captain? It’s awesome that he knew but it leaves me to wonder how did he check up on him. Because Owen ran the fire houses in New York and Texas, but his Dad was in California.

I would maybe think news stories. Probably had an article on him from 9/11 since he was a chief in New York, and then stories on the news from Texas

Owen was probably still talking to his mother all these years and his dad found out through her. Maybe Owen’s dad kept in touch with people who knew Owen too. Maybe he hired a P.I. to keep tabs on his son.
