I own a lot at Secret Beach and wanted to know if this unit could be built on it. Also, is the furniture included, and if not roughly what would it cost to furnish. Is the deck on the first floor included before you reach the steps? Thanks, Will.

Hey Steven, this unit was done with a mix of prefab from the mainland then completed on site. I don't have the exact numbers but I would recommend calling Premier homes to get their up to date pricing. They were the ones who did the house shell. Also depends on where your lots are/ if there is road access. Hope this helps! Any more questions just let me know

What about resistance to hurricane ? At first glance, I wouldn't feel secure inside of it if a hurricane goes close to it

Hi Will! I’m a new subscriber and interested in the Belize properties. Couple questions: are there tours available to see areas of Belize while on a scouting trip? Any recommendations? Is it difficult to have a dipping pool installed on a property like this eco tiny home? I’m retiring in 6 months and have an opportunity to access funds at that time, so thinking 20% down and financing is possible, correct? I appreciate any guidance you can provide! Thanks. Jodie

Is their an internet provider bringing lines to these casitas or what are folks in Secret Beach area using for service?

Hey Kyle, currently Smart is the provider for internet in the area and its wireless you have a small dish on the house. This is directly from their site: "Broadband internet utilizes wireless technology - there is no need to run copper wires or set up a phone line! This will not only ensure a quick basic installation, but also remote troubleshooting, as well as quick maintenance and support. Our response time is almost as fast as our service!" As for utilities its currently off grid from that stand point. There is a ton of talk about power coming over in the near future so we are looking forward to that as well. Hope this helps!

Great question, in this area there are no HOA fees. Your only carrying cost would be the annual property taxes of approximately $75/ year
