The area not far away from Atlantic coast... Nice surroundings such as ashaman, dawanya industrial areas .. I personally have some plots over there although from crowded Accra city

I hear that you can't buy land in Ghana, and it is only for lease, and if it is true, then why are people saving land for sale and not land for lease 🤔

In Ghana it is only possible to purchase leasehold in all but a few cases, if the seller had the freehold before the law was changed then you can lawfully purchase that from him/her. You would definitely need proper legal advice as it would need to be well looked into.

No anyone is free to buy land in Ghana, currently non nationals are allowed a maximum of 50 year with Ghanaian nationals a maximum of 99 years.
