I am a retired teacher who taught for 38 years. I have taught English on every level from 6th grade to Graduate School. I have never encountered a student or teacher who explained how to learn better than you. I applaud your message. I wish I had this video to share with my students. Thank. You !

Dear Samuel. Words cannot express the gratitude that I have for you and this video that you made. 20 minutes of your heartfelt message help me release 46 1/2 years of anguish. I literally cried for a half hour. You see, I come from an uneducated family and the pressure to perform was so great that learning isn’t even on the radar. Scores, results, money, position, prestige...not once did my parents ever care about what I learned. In fact, I was so pressured into getting grades, I actually was illiterate until the 5th grade. Why? Because I was studying and I knew how to pass tests.

You’re honestly the most motivating person when it comes to anything. I can literally put your words in my life and the aspects to it. Studying was something I lost control of and had no direction on what to do but with your videos I understand what I should do. So thank you, I’m gonna put it all into my first year of college.
