Kon ... Nice review. My w204 is 7 yrs old... mileage 130k .. run very well still... no major issue....just regular service and change of wear and parts. Running cost is cheaper than most Japanese car. Original and oem parts price may surprise most ppl who think merc are expensive to maintain. Plenty of Merc specialist who compete for ur business hence price is competitive. I am planning to keep cause still feels solid...and can take another 200k of mileage

@@matthew_saw oil change cost around rm400 or less every 10km. Gearbox oil change every 50km less than 1k. Brake pad rm300 front and rm250 rear all original.

Not all CBU w205 comes from RSA, There are RHD w205 built in Germany too

There's an interesting with some W205 owners. I already know of 2 W205 owners who jumpship from a W211. I mean if u put them side to side u would see that the W205 has carried forward many traits of the W211. Such as a beautiful interior design, low rear seats and a very candy to the eye exterior. Myself I'm still not sure if I should replace my W211 for a W205 but we will see if I still have love for the Mercedes brand in future. Sometimes people just don't stay the same.

Has the c200, c250 and c300 same M274 engines? It is just different factory tune?

The internals could be different, but broadly the same in terms of maintenance parts.

i think Adrian is talking about the aux battery, not the main batt.. Sheng Yi's car value just now a few Ks (accident!)

Yeah he could have omitted that portion. Maybe he was being very honest. But hey, how many would watch this video and possibly buy his car in the future. So I think it won't be an issue.

Haha.. honest lor, but he did say the car still drivable after the accident, so the damage is perhaps not too severe from a structural standpoint.

@@KonWaiLuen Yaa and no worries if the car had been repaired in official Mercedes Benz dealer with original parts and respectable workmanship. Accidents happen so there is solution. So I think it's perfectly fine.

ISSUES are subjective depends on your financial strength. EXP if you are financially strong, and you have some minor hose issue. Then its a small problem. But if you use all your savings to buy that car, and there is an hose issue, well its not a small issue to that person. 1 or 2K might be a minor issue to some, and a big issue to another. A Merc fan boy will always be a Merc fan, what they buy is always perfect. Same as BMW fan boy etc. Unless ur open minded la. You need to be a mature minded person to accept whats good and whats bad about what you own. And not say "my car drives perfect... until you get your next car hahahaha" lol. You interview someone who talks about their car like they talk about their new girlfriend, of cos la wei. You ask the vege sellers, her vege nice or not, of cos say nice la LOL.

@@KonWaiLuen my fam had a 2011 pre-face W204 CGI bought brand new back then. Running on 400k mileage d, and the running cost can buy back 2x more of the current W204 value. XD most car problems occur comes out >120k km mileages.
