Asalaamu 'alaykum, brother. Tell me, how are building regulations in Egypt? Can I be my own contractor and build? Are there well point restrictions? Solar restrictions? Or anything like that? I.e ability to be self sufficient? Also, the residency, can I stay 11 months go somewhere for 1 month and come back for another 11 months and so on?

Hello Mrs. Najla, It would cost you around 3 million for a G+2 excluding the land price, Locations are kinda limited when it comes to lands available, Hard to find at coastal sites, Easier in Cairo.

Most people take their rental contract or real estate contract and then go to the office to get residency
