Owoh Soup is a traditional food of the Urhobo's, Isoko's and Itsekiri's of Delta State, Nigeria (to my Knowledge).
It is served with Starch, Eba or Yam.
NB:
Soak a handful of garri in water and leave to rise. Do not use the garri without soaking it, unless it is sieved.
Usually you may not need to add salt or seasoning to this soup if you have meat broth, as the taste comes from the native salt.
Do not add salt after pouring the starch mix, as this would make the soup become watery.
If you need to add salt and seasoning, ensure to do so before including the starch.
