tbh animation is the only thing they that improved in the software section.. although it is again just copied from iOS it at least looks decent. But as I person who used OOS5, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13, I just can't describe how I completely lost interest and faith in that software since the Oxygen OS team left. It went from a unique, thourough, clean and beautiful UI to just another wannabe-iOS UI.. so damn sad to see

oh waht a surprise, they also implemented the blur wallpaper effect that iOS18 introduced... can't wait to see when they're gonna revamp the recently introduced gallery that apple also changed with iOS18 ^^

@@mays7n, I think Carl Pei was the reason why we had a stock-like experience before. Oxygen OS would have looked a lot like Nothing OS if he'd not left.

I do like the newer vertical battery icon because the current one is pretty small and without % next to it very hard to know how much really. The new status bar icons however remind me of older Android versions from the past I don't know why

Previous volume slider looks nice when compare to newer build so can i able to chance volume theme from rounded to boxier 3. Adopt system color is fully functional now or is it still in beta 4. Does this build gives e-sim support 5. Have they improved stability of snapdragon 8 gen3

is there actually batter drain? cuz Im not facing that issue, btw I think e-sim will never be available in india, about stability, after April patch the frame drops were at 41-42+ but now after may frame drops are again at 38 degrees which can be a bit annoying if you are in a non ac room

For me it is cause before the April security patch my phone gives me 9+ hrs of scree on time and the ideal drain was 3% for 7hrs but after the security patch it has been reduced to 6 hrs scene on time and the ideal drain was 10% As u mentioned yes I did notice the frame drops but I am not a gamer so I can let it slide and I can assure u that the overall temp can't exede 28°due to my cold climate condition Then when it comes to e-sim I totally disagree cause our phones hardware is capable for e-sim and in India we have a stable network so having e sim support will be beneficial cause we can track our phones if the theft happes

The global search on home screen and search are different. They should support searching contacts and other stuff (just like Scout on previous OS). Currently it only allows searching apps.
