Dat is omdat je het concept niet snapt . . . “We willen een eerlijke en pure manier vinden om een symfonisch orkest met een niet klassieke rockartiest samen te brengen op het podium. Geen band, geen elektrische gitaren, alleen het rijke geluid van ons orkest en de naakte stem van Ozark Henry. Dit wordt mogelijk door zijn ruimdenkende benadering en oprechte artistieke ideeën en door de flexibiliteit van onze musici. Ozark Henry is een echte musicus, het soort artiest dat zich met de inhoud bezighoudt. Als je dit enkel voor radio 2 luisteraars vind dan ken je helaas niks van muziek vrees ik . . .

katrien de greif Peter Gabriel was Ozark al voor met klassieke arrangementen,maar soit...verdienstelijk van Henry( Night Of The Proms,maar géén Bowie)

katrien de greif hahahaha, geweldig. Als grote Bowie-fan zal ik waarschijnlijk niets van muziek kennen. Wanneer je rauwe emotie en wispelturige kunst omtovert tot zoete achtergrondmuziek voor je obligate zondagse gebakje en Engelse thee, dan ben je ongetwijfeld vele stappen voor...sta mij toe te lachen met jouw reply!

Mooi, de combinatie van zijn stem en het Nationaal orkest. Wel een cover uitgevoerd op niveau. Al heb ik nog steeds een voorkeur voor het origineel.

I don't know who was the VERY FIRST to post this as the version, but seems EVERYONE is copying the song/link etc without listening to the version that was played... I hate covers, after all, Bowie is like Freddie Mercury, a one off who makes unique music others cannot possible replicate no matter how hard they try. But, Piet, after discovering you many years ago and finding your "sweet instigator" video i was a convert to your unique style and second language singer songwriting. This version of Bowie's '77 hit is so far from the original that i'll give it 6/10, but does this mean Ozark is drying up for material, if so, he needs to travel a bit, take a break and have some new experiences, fill that head with new things
