Only now appreciating how you adjust your hand position for left/center/right of the mic to correspond with the what the “recipient” is feeling & hearing. So good..

This is gonna be an insane throwback, but Massage ASMR made Crinkle Heaven 4 and then a bit later released a vid of him making the triggers he used in that vid. Something about the more lofi approach that video had made me really enjoy this style of vid. Not only is the asmr nice, but it gives me a new appreciation and understanding of the process

Ah, Audacity? Until recently I used a predecessor Sony Sound Forge until my pc died 😢 but I got a refurbished laptop. Probably need to get up-to-date Audacity. So iMovie and Audacity, how does that get one under the other? Does iMovie pick that up and what format? I'm confused haha never done video editing but I will take the plunge 🥶... Hope hubby had a good nap. Cheers and thanks! Oh: does your software "normalize" the audio to any extent or is my phone doing that? I'll try to check on my laptop. I read a comment about white noise and wondered.

I THINK you already do this on your actual videos, but I noticed when you were talking in the "original" video (11:00) there was a lot of background hum. Audacity has a pretty decent noise removal plugin that should be able to take that out.
