I wore his number as a tiger junior,, dad would take us to see the TIGERS after our game,, what AN AMAZING PLAYER, the crowd would go wild everytime he went near the ball, the opposition supporters always looked worried when he got the ball,, HE AND THE OTHER TIGERS MADE MY CHILDHOOD REAL FUN,,, THANKS ROYCE,,, AND GO DUSTY,,,

Regarding Royce's book - I'm sorry, but if you're asked to pick a team of the players you'd most like to play with, you have to pick yourself to be in it, don't you?? Otherwise you wouldn't be playing with them! Why that caused controversy is beyond me. Just sounds like common sense 😆

You had to be at the ground to watch him kick. Tv does no justice to how beautiful his kicking for goal was. He also had a great presents on the ground. He was a super star footballer.

Royce Hart is a legend and it has nothing to do with the AFL recognising him as such. He is the quintessential Aussie bloke. Wonderful interview. I actually was taking photos of the S A v Victoria match in 1972 I think at Adelaide Oval and I got a shot of him taking a specky but he actually dropped it. There is another photo of it.
