The speaker missed the point of the poem. Shelley wrote the poem against a very special historical backdrop in 1815, i.e. at the time of two despotic rulers in Europe: Napoleon of France and King George III of England. Both were wreaking havoc on the world.

Clossal wreck means a destructive large statue which is unique It decayed because the whole reign of Ozymandias king has been ended his statue is left now for decaying in the desert. Sand and lone suggests loneliness if someone will become so cruel and pridy at last he/she will decay and become alone in the world Traveller feel frightened but his experience to see this statue is full of knowledge about that statue so he becomes able to tell speaker of the poem about whole experience
