Bade office me baithne wale nahi, office me badi position par baithne wale logon ke liye hai... Bhai naukri walon ko bhi possible nahi hai ye sab... Yahan to 10 ghante ki naukri, 30 min ka lunch time, 2-3 ghanta kaam pe ana jana... Fir Ghar jakar khana pakana, aur subah kaam pe Jane se pehle khana pakana...aur office me khane ke liye ek nirdharit time hi milna... To fir ye sab kab karega insaan. Yahan to bas senior management ke log hi fit dikhte hain companies me kyunki wo log apne according routine follow karne me free rehte hain..aur jo niche darje ke log hain sare restrictions, sari bimariyan sirf unhe hi milti hai bonus ke roop me.😢😢

जीसे काम-धंधा नही मेहनत का काम नही ऊसे भूख नही लगती, किसान दस घंटे खेती मे काम करके थकते है तो भर पेट भोजन करके सो जाता है फीर भी लंबी आयु जीते हैं ।

सुनिए आप लोग किसमीस काजू बादाम पिस्ता अखरोट फल भस्म चांदी खाते हैं इसलिए आपलोग एक बार खाकर रह सकते है। अगर मध्यम वर्ग का व्यक्ति एक बार चावल दाल खाएगा तो कितने दिन तक जीएगा।

Main ek hi time khana khati hon, evening 5.30-6 baje. This video is correct, actually roti sabji pachne main time lagta hai 12-13 hours isliye har insan ko ek time hi khana khana chahiye. Day time main aap fruit,dry fruit ya daliya kha sakte hai ya phir bolied moong,chana,peanut. I follow this rule

भोजन बनाने व करने की क्रिया बहुत सारे परिवारों में लगभग यही रही है.बचपन में खेत में काम करने वाले श्रमिक वर्ग से लगातार सम्पर्क रहा है. उनके भी भोजन करने की प्रक्रिया कमोवेश यही रही है.

For Sure This Video Is Really Useful For People Working In Office...Those Who Are Into Field Work And Has To Do Physical Activity While Working...This Video Is Not For Them... I Have Been Following 1 Meal Routine Since Last 3 Years...I Finish My Dinner At 6:00 P.M. I Just Have Tea Without Sugar In The Morning, That's It. It Feels Amazing Being Empty Stomach... Even not possible for general worker of offices. Only higher management people can follow this routine as per their wish, not the middle and lower level employees in any office. Healthy routine rkho 1-2 hours morning daily excerses kro workout kro pasina bahao aur fresh seasonal hygenic full - nutritional khana khao .. healthy routine k sath breakfast to lunch to evening snacks to dinner sub enjoy kro ... Body working hogi to khana mangegi aur khana kahoge to Food - Fuel milega aur tum tandrust rahoge .... Ek sath bhut jyada matt khao .. aur galat tasir ki chize mix krke kbhi matt khao chahe samne kuch bhi rkha ho ... Time k hisab se kaan paan choose kro subah - dophar lassi to raat ko dud ... Conclusion : Bs workout daily kro .. acha clean fresh khaan paan khao .. sahi tasir ka khana khao time konsa h uske hisab se .... Khao - piyo Life enjoy kro ....

Mujhe IBS tha aur stomach m khana digest hi ni hota tha .....pet drd hota tha......bp aur diabetes sb tha...........fir mene fasting start kri........last four months se mai week m 2 din 24 hour fast krta hu aur baki 5 days 16:8 ki intermittent fasting.........1 bar 3 days ka fast bhi kiya.......1 week phle saare test krwaae and sb Normal ho gya h even doctor shocked the itni jldi reverse kese ho gya sb........😂😂...aur ab to morning m kuch khane ka mn ni krta bhukh din m lgti h sidha.....1:30 pe lunch hota h and 9:30 dinner .....insaan ki performance sbse peak pe khali pet m hoti h.......... Human body 3 se 4 bar din m khane k liye nhi bni h.... ..ek bar ja k "autophagy" search kro fir pta chal jaega fasting ek vardaan h❤❤
