Not true. I have had it happen to me, and have watched it happen and heard about it happening to countless other students, more than once, and even though it was reported nothing was done about it whatsoever. Ffs You would be unpleasantly surprised to find out how often this type of thing actually happens, and other students that witness it sometimes even go as far as lying for the teacher in order to recieve better grades or special privileges from them and etc.

My middle school gym teacher was like this, he had one of those body fat measurement scales and would put the students through the process of using it twice a year. It was humiliating and degrading (this was back in the mid 90s so things were different from how they are now) so many students were left crying from embarrassment because of him. When I saw him at my ten year high school reunion he was the size of the Goodyear blimp, so we slipped into the gym teachers office grabbed the body fat scale, waited til he went to the restroom and when he finished my friends and I jumped him, held him down, flipped his shirt up and measured his belly fat, waved the measurement in his face and sent him running from the restroom crying. Sweetest revenge ever! Nobody deserves what happened to this poor kid but the moral of my story is, never give anyone a reason for revenge because if they have the will they'll always find a way to get you back for what was done to them.

there's this new kid at my school, a grade lower than me and he a little in the bigger size. i always see him waking with his head down all the time, and the people he sits with at lunch ignore him. sadly we can't s switch grades during lunch because of covid. but honestly if i could sit with him. i really would. i feel so bad for him. all bodies are beautiful, no matter what.

I really like how he didn’t win the competition. It’s more realistic in my opinion. Plus it perfectly demonstrates that even if you lose, you’re still a winner for trying your best and not giving up. He may not have won but I’d still consider him to be a winner for the pure determination and work he put in, plus how much he improved.

i used to not being able to do single push up too, but now i can do many push ups, i used my failure as my motivation too. if u wondering how i could get to do many reps on push up now, i start by doing incline push up. More easier variation of a normal push up. Hopes that help yall 😃😁😁

I love how he has optimistic and he didn’t give up even when it was hard and he was getting bullied. He followed his dads words and kept trying his very best and he had positive attitude during his training. And he was not upset with himself when he got second place. This reminds me of my experience In elementary school, I was always last in everything: races, fitness test results, and even the last one to go inside because I was scared of other kids overhearing what the coaches would say. two days a week we had to run a mile which I usually walked and of course, they always got mad at me. One day they forced me to run it and I had an asthma attack and nearly passed out, so as I was last again, they kept scolding me. They went to take me to the principles office for “disobedience” and when the principle saw me, they recognized right away that I was having an asthma attack and took me to the nurse. You would think that would change the way they were but it didnt. This continued all the way through 5th grade and as I would find out, when my little sister went to that school about 1 year after me, the coaches recognized her last name and said to her “dont be like your sister, shes fat and lazy” to this day im still “fat and lazy” which my sister is “fit and energetic.” it makes me wonder if the coaches words had that much of an impact on her
