I dit, it came to 14th level and in mycase, the time was out. but, I think, it still has more than that, even 30 levels. True about it will be more dificult, like in the digit challenge, the calculation can come to more than 300

@@FILYPTC The "levels" change from "1" to "2" to "3" and more, no matter if you get the question correct or not. What changes is the difficulty of the calculations. For example, you may get a question wrong in "Level 9", but still, the next calculation will be called "Level 10". It is much more important to get all the questions correct than getting to more questions. It is better to answer the first 11 questions correctly and then finish the test, than getting 9 correct, then 2 wrong, then 5 more correct. This is because the test is adaptive, and once you get a question wrong, you are demoted to less difficult questions. Also, you might want to know that in the highest levels, you may get a calculation of more than 500, for example ( _ * _ * _ ) - 2 = 502 (the answer is "7", "8", "9").

But if you didn’t even do the test, there’s no problem reapplying right away. 2. There aren't many differences between positions regarding the P&G Online Assessment. The only major difference is that for some sales position, the candidate is required to take the P&G Virtual Job Preview - www.jobtestprep.com/procter-and-gamble-virtual-job-preview-prep Other small differences can be that for some positions and countries, you are required to take only the PEAK Performance Assessment, without any interactive challenges. However, this is rare, and there are no apparent rules as to where exactly this happens, and for which positions. As for your specific position, you might want to know that we had dozens of Process Engineers using our pack in the last year. The best thing you can do when you get the exam invitation link is to read it carefully, notice how long it is, and to where it leads you. From what I understand, you are likely to take the regular assessment including the three challenges - Switch, Grid, and Digit. Plus the PEAK assessment including an SJT and a personality test. We do know that in some cases, you only get the PEAK Performance Assessment, but in the majority of cases, you get all the challenges + PEAK. This is only the second time I hear about getting only the Grid Challenge, so this is a very rare case. However, I don't think there was an issue or error in your assessment. It was just the decision of the specific recruiter. It's important to understand that there are no rules for this - you can't infer from your specific case about other Operater positions in different places. Did you get a 30 days notice after taking the exam? Or did you already get a message if you passed or failed?

First of all, thank you for the feedback! And yes, sometimes candidates are asked to take only the PEAK Performance Assessment, and sometimes just PEAK + Grid Challenge. The majority of candidates take the whole assessment and its challenges, but it does happen that you only need to take a part of it. I'm afraid there are no rules on the matter, and each position and place works a bit differently.

Yes, you are allowed. Some may say a calculator is not helpful for the Digit Challenge, but I think it can help sometimes, mostly in the very difficult questions, when you need to combine four digits to calculate a three-digit number. I highly recommend trying to practice with a calculator and seeing if it helps you or not. And yes, you are definitely allowed to use paper and pen also, if that's what you mean by "rough sheet". From what I know, the P&G Online Assessment is currently not proctored.

Yes, in some sense. Because of the adaptive nature of the Switch Challenge (and the Digit too), whenever you get a question wrong the next question will be easier (and if you get a question right you get a more difficult question next). To score high on the test, you want to reach the most difficult questions, and get as many correct questions as you can. There is a chance that if you will get two or three questions wrong you will not be able to reach those difficult questions, no matter how many questions you get right.

That's a much more difficult challenge than anything P&G has to offer.

I believe that on the Switch Challenge 10-11 questions correct with no mistakes will give you a good result. On the Digit Challenge you should probably aim for more questions correct, but also, very important to not get a question wrong, because then you won't be able to reach the most difficult levels. I'd say about 12-15 questions correct will get you a good result. The Grid Challenge is limited so just try to get to more than 80% success in dots locations and rotation/symmetry questions.

People in the comments below also said that we are supposed to receive feedback in between from 3 to 6 days after we finish the test.

it actually hard to remmember the dot, but if you can mark on your screen, it will be a peice of cake. btw, I think it's not hard to do the symetry + rotaion question, it's so familiar with you by simple shape. I did, and wait for the result/ i think the hard part is "digit challenge". simple calculation but under time pressure will ruin your thinking

The Switch and Digit Challenges are timed and you need to answer as many questions as you can, but because they're adaptive, make sure you answer them correctly. 10 straight correct answers should get you to a very high level and perhaps get you to pass the test. The Switch Challenge is either 3 or 6 minutes long and the Digit Challenge is 5 minutes long. The Grid Challenge has 3 rounds, each about 3 minutes long (total 9 minutes). Each round has three levels, and you need to recall the locations and order of appearance of 3, 4, and 5 dots while doing different tasks between the grids and dots showing. Arbel

In that case jobtestprep (the guys who've put up this video )would be reliable - but otherwise i have only read all blogs/quora, seen some sample questions and understood the logic to be applied and then directly given the test - waiting for my result. You can search for specifically Digit Challenge and Switch Challenge.

I just got an interview! With the operator I could do around 20-22 on the practice tests, with the maths I went to level 18 on the actual test, with the remembering challenge I usually did 10-11/12. And with the personality test... it’ll have 2 parts. Really think though what you say in the first part as the second part is the SAME just reworded so they gonna check if you were honest.

You can watch them for preparation BUT you should know that none of them passed so for me it was annoying that they were slow and often gave the wrong answers. *But it ultimately comes down to you finding a strategy for each element of the test...* When I was doing the assessment irl I knew I will pass before even starting cuz I had a strategy for everything and knew the tasks inside and out. So for me it was strategy over thinking 100%

I would say that you want to have at least a week to practice every day for 3-4 hours. 10-12 days is better if you have the time (you can start practicing before applying, then you can prepare for two-three weeks).

I'm not 100% sure but I believe you can take the assessment using your smartphone. However, I don't recommend that. Using your laptop is much more preferable. I don't know about it being faster or more accurate, as this depends on your internet network and speed, but it is much more convenient on your laptop, easier to follow instructions and do the tasks, and it's easier in my opinion to use both your hands for calculations and solving techniques.

Hello, here is a tip from our gridChallenge Study Guide: When you are presented with the grid and need to memorize the position of the highlighted dot, try to put into words the place of the dot as much as you can. For example, say “the dot on the left, but not in the corner” or something like “the dot on the left of the 4-dots group”. This method can help when you need to recall the position of a dot and you remember the general area of the dot, but can’t tell which one of the dots is the correct dot. The spatial orientation question may interrupt your visual-memory but will harm your verbal-memory less. It is easier to remember the position of the dot according to the sentence you have created than to rely solely on your visual-memory. Try to repeat the sentence in your head several times, until time is up.

When you are sent the exam invitation, you do not need to do it right away, but you should try to do it within 10 days so the position won't be taken off. The test will be valid for all the positions you'll apply for. If you are not interested in a position you applied for, you can withdraw your application and apply for a different role. You can also do the test if you think you're ready for it, get a good score, then apply to any position you'd like (because the test score will be valid to all positions). Pretty much, except for certain Sales positions that take a different test called the Virtual Job Preview. The only difference you can find sometimes is that in rare cases the Switch Challenge is only three minutes, and not six. And that sometimes you only need to take the PEAK Performance Assessment, without the interactive challenges. But again, these are rare cases. Most times, the assessment is the same format.

I know that before you get an answer it says "Assessment in Process" and when you are rejected it will be something like "Not Under Consideration" or sometimes just nothing. Perhaps "Interview in Process" is a good sign, because the next stage will be an interview. Did you get an email telling you the results of the assessment? Check in the spam box too. If not, maybe you should contact the recruiter.

You have a good point, Kevin. The P&G Online Assessment does not fully predict success as a worker at P&G. It's a problem with big companies like Procter and Gamble, that they use cognitive assessments to screen the candidates. They just can't interview everybody, there are too much. However, I'm not sure the in-class test predicted success as an employee much better. Why do you prefer it over the current assessment? Arbel

I'm not sure I understand. By "chart based aptitude questions" you mean numerical questions with tables and graphs? Maybe you are referring to old P&G Reasoning Tests. These were replaced by the new P&G Interactive Assessment in the middle of 2019. The different tests you see in this video are the tests in the P&G hiring process. This is a very legitimate question, and I'll try to answer it. I believe it is completely ethical to prepare for online assessments, for P&G and for other places too. Some companies offer practice material and some companies even direct their candidates to prep sites such as JobTestPrep. P&G offer very limited practice sources, but they do offer some help, for example, this PDF - downloads.pgwebtools.com/files/global-files/assessments-overview/Interactive_Assessment_Guide.pdf In all of my time here at JobTestPrep, I never once heard from a customer that Procter & Gamble recruiters him told him not to prepare, or even frowned upon practicing prep material before the assessment. In rare cases, it could happen in federal agencies, but never in private companies. Honestly, I believe that doing everything you can to get the job is the right course of action. If you study hard to pass an assessment, it shows how much you want it, it shows your determination and enthusiasm. And remember, it's not enough to just pass the test. There are interviews and more factors that come into play here, so the compant won't get the "wrong guy" just because he studied hard and knew what to expect from the assessment. I'm not sure, but I believe you have about a week. It's supposed to be mentioned in the assessment invitation link. From what I see, most of our customers have their test in the first week after buying our preparation, some do it after two weeks, and very few customers do it after a month. Arbel

@@wasimaskar9165 How many questions did you get through on the switch and math sections?

It's really hard to say, and we don't know exactly. I believe that in 6 minutes of the Switch Challenge, 24 correct answers should be fine, 30+ should be excellent. By the way, we heard of cases when it's only 3 minutes to solve as many questions, not 6. If so, cut it by half. In the Digit Challenge, it should be much faster, of course. In 5 minutes, you should try to solve 30 questions correctly, 40+ would be excellent. Again, these are only my own estimations, as I don't have the exact numbers to give you. In general, you should prepare for the test and practice as many questions as you can. Because these challenges are about solving as many questions as you can, you should aim for the highest score possible. Kind regards, Arbel

@@JobtestprepUk This doesn't seem very realistic -- 24 correct questions in the Switch Challenge means you are averaging 15 s per question, which is completely do-able if they are all easy/medium but certainly working out the hard/harder/hardest level questions takes more time than this.

​@@stanislavasevova8570you are correct, the harder questions should take at least half a minute to solve, but I believe that the easy questions shouldn't take long. I could be wrong, of course, and maybe it's closer to 20 correct questions. One more important thing about the Switch Challenge (and the Digit Challenge too), is that they are adaptive, meaning that if you got a question correct, the next question will be harder. From what we know, they are adaptive only in one way - If you get a question wrong you will stay on the same difficulty level. What I'm saying is, maybe the question "how many questions do I need to solve in order to pass the test" is not exactly the right question to ask. You should ask instead - "what difficulty level do I need to get to in order to pass?" I believe that if you get to the 20th level you'll be fine, but again, I'm not 100% sure. What I do know is that we tried to create questions in many levels of difficulty to help you prepare for the test and pass it. Arbel

Answering 10 questions straight on each challenge without single wrong answer will do as a wrong answer will make the question very easy like starts from level 1 again. And after level 10 it’s impossible to solve switch challenge as you have to go through 3 layers

@@vinayvara8752 I've answered 11 in Digit out of which i am confident all are correct | I've attempted 11 in switch in which i know the last one is wrong. Thoughts?

I did it and got rejected but I think I did alright in everything cept the dot memory ones (really hard!) so want some more info.

Regarding your question, there is no known "passing grade", but we do believe that in the Switch and Digit challenges if you can the first 9-10 questions correct with no mistakes, you're bound to pass these. This is because the test is adaptive, and once you get a question wrong, you are demoted to less difficult questions. The Grid challenge is not adaptive but we believe the passing score is about 70-80% getting the questions correct, with a bit more emphasis on the locations of the dots. However, these are all speculations.

It really depends on how much time you have and what resources you use. I would say that you want to have at least a week to practice every day for 3-4 hours. 10-12 days is better if you have the time (you can start practicing before applying, then you can prepare for two-three weeks).

Do we have to give the test on same day when we receive the link or can we give the next day also?

@@ankitmshr007 From what I know, P&G are not clear on the subject, so if you haven't received any clear instructions, do it in the 10 days after you receive the exam invitation.

P&G do not share the score with the candidates, they only tell you if you move on to the next stage or not.

The P&G Online Assessment is unlike any other pre-employment assessment in the market. It is somewhat gamified, very interactive, and pretty hard to practice for if you don’t have the right tools. I can safely say that our pack is very useful, it is sufficient to get you ready, and it is similar to the real thing. I highly recommend using our P&G Online Assessment PrepPack. @@mikeylejan8849 No, we heard from past customers that it doesn't mean anything. People who received it still passed eventually. It's an automatic email.

Yes it was easy, just follow the instructions and there will be a practice run before it actually starts
