For non garlic and onion eats can u add bell pepper instead of onion. Plus in USA we do not get fresh cream what can we add instead. I ❤ ur recipes

Yes Ma'am I eat Swaminarayan Food.. always using green bell papers instead of onion and Strong Hing instead of Garlic😊 I always try to use 1 best alternative to fresh cream in all my Punjabi dishes, as being lactose intolerant, I can't have either milk or ghee & cream. It's 2 spoon Hung curd (Tied Curd in muslin cloth & put some heavy weight on it so you will get thick curd without water) it really taste good. Please let me know if you like all these ideas for Satvik food 😊
