you miss the point. the mom is first generation immigrant that's why her English is poor. The director do it deliberately in the MV to show mother and son they have more generation gap that way.

You miss the point. It's about generation gap between mother and son. And the mom is the first generation immigrant of course English is not good that's why their gap is deeper...song talk about son compliant mom doesn't understand him.
